FUHRMANN Engineering Inc. (FEI) provided Construction Management Services upon request for Contract RR-14-5704. Phase III engineering services for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority consisting of construction inspection, reviewing layout of contract including design changes, performing traffic control inspections, preparing records, and maintaining IDOT documentation.
