This building resurrected a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places which was scheduled for demolition. It incorporates a comprehensive commercial geothermal system with distributed piping with the well field located in a brownfield. It was the first LEED Certified building in Vermillion County, earning all 10 energy credits.
