FEI provided all civil engineering services for this residential development including topographic survey, site layout, geometric layout, grading, drainage design, and utility coordination for preliminary design to construct subdivision infrastructure. Elements involved roadway design, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, other utilities, intersection design study, traffic signal design, permitting with local agencies, i.e., IEPA sewer, and IDNR water.
