FUHRMANN Engineering, Inc. (FEI) provided roadway plans for roadway reconstruction, adding thru lanes, providing right and left turn lanes, proposed profile changes, adding curb and gutter, ditch work, intersection improvements, traffic signal improvements, drainage report for culvert sizes, inlet locations, cross-road culvert improvements, drainage ditch relocations, and access relocation.
FEI prepared a Traffic Management Plan (TMP), cross sections, revisions to proposed right-of-way documents, contract plans including roadway and drainage plans, drainage system design, special details, traffic signal work, special provisions, quantities, and cost estimates.
FEI work consisted of traffic signal and interconnect design, as well as, hydraulic design for culverts along the Bike Path. Design for temporary traffic signals at 6 locations, removing existing traffic signals at 5 locations, and designing new traffic signals at 7 locations including pavement markings and signage.
