FUHRMANN Engineering, Inc. (FEI) provided Phase III construction observation services for milling and resurfacing of 14.5 miles of Illinois Route 16 from the Coles County Line to Illinois Route 133 in Edgar County Illinois.
FEI provided construction inspection services for the Illinois Department of Transportation, District 5, consisting of the following:
- Quantity Documentation
- Profile testing
- Measurement of in-place materials
- Compliance with plans and specifications
