FUHRMANN Engineering Inc. (FEI) provided Phase II design services for the design of the Typical Sections, and Alignment, Ties, and Benchmarks sheets for the Illinois Department of Transportation, District 4. This project consisted of Phase II roadway plans, highway drainage design, and bikeway plans along Allen Road in Peoria, Illinois.
