I-57 AT STUENKEL ROAD, WILL COUNTY, DISTRICT 1

FUHRMANN Engineering Inc. (FEI) provided Phase III Surveying and Construction Inspection services including survey for construction layout and As-Built quantity checking for earth excavation and embankment; and inspection of construction of storm sewers, aggregate sub-base and sub-grade, documentation of contract quantities, QC/QA quantities, design changes, and record maintenance per IDOT standards in accordance with the Resident Engineer’s direction.  This $50 million contract involved the removal and reconstruction of the Stuenkel Road overpass and improvements to I-57, near University Park, IL.
