FUHRMANN Engineering Inc. (FEI) provided Phase III engineering services for the construction contracts for roadway; bridge, moment slab, and culvert construction; and MSE walls on the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Tollway (IL-390) and Frontage Roads between Mile Post 15.3 (Lively Boulevard) to Mile Post 16.6 (Thomas Drive) in DuPage County, Illinois for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.
FEI performed on-site construction inspection and surveying, reviewing layout of contract including design changes, preparing records, and maintaining documentation for this $51 million contract.
